Before filing a complaint, assess the condition of the product and make sure that the defects are not due to improper use or care. We would like to accept all complaints, but in some cases we are unable to do so. The defects must result from our fault.

Instruction

BELOW YOU WILL FIND THE RECOMMENDED COMPLAINT PROCEDURE. MORE INFORMATION CAN BE FOUND IN THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

  1. Send us photos of the damaged product to the e-mail address shop@extremehobby.eu.
  2. Download the complaint form from the above and fill it in.
  3. Place the completed complaint form and the prepared product in the package.
  4. Send a parcel via a parcel locker:
    • generate free code on Inpost website. Remove the old labels from the packaging and write the code received by SMS or e-mail (if you have the application, the code will be visible in the application) and "COMPLAINT". You can send the parcel via any InPost parcel locker. The code is valid for 14 days. You will receive a confirmation of postage and a link to track your shipment via SMS / E-mail.
    • if shipping via a parcel locker is not possible, contact us by e-mail: shop@extremehobby.eu - we will agree another method of returning the goods
  5. if you send the package at your own expense, write "COMPLAINT" on the package and address it to:

  7. You will receive our decision regarding the complaint within 14 days to the e-mail address provided by you.

ODR PLATFORM

In accordance with the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council No. 524/2013 of May 21, 2013, we provide an electronic link to the ODR platform: ec.europa.eu/odr. The ODR platform is, among others, a source of information on forms of out-of-court settlement of disputes that may arise between entrepreneurs and consumers.
