How to exchange products?
Return the ordered product and place and pay for a new order immediately. In order not to commit your funds, you can use the PayPo system from Przelewy24.
HOW MUCH TIME DO I HAVE TO RETURN THE PRODUCT?
Pursuant to the Act of May 30, 2014 on consumer rights, the Customer who is a Consumer has the full right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days from the date of receipt of the parcel. This deadline is extended to 30 days for all EH CLUB members.
Where should I send the returned product?
The goods should be sent back to the company's headquarters, to the address:

or another address indicated by the seller on the return label provided.
What happens after the product is returned?
- Verification of the return product - we will check the compliance of the package contents. After positive verification, you will receive information from us to the e-mail address provided in the order.
- Refund - you will be refunded in the same way you paid for the order.
- BLIK / PayPo / PayPal / card / GoPay - return via these services within 1-2 days after the verification
- cash on delivery or traditional bank transfer - return to the account number provided in the return form within 5 days after the verification.
- correction of the purchase order - you will receive a corrected invoice or receipt by e-mail.
Will I get a refund for shipping the product?
EXTREME HOBBY refunds the money for the purchased product and the cost of its delivery.
Who pays for the return of the products?
The cost of returning the product is borne by the buyer, unless EXTREME HOBBY decides to pay for the return. Free product return is available to EH CLUB members and customers in most European countries.
How much time do I have to return the products?
If the Consumer withdraws from the contract, he is obliged to return the ordered products within 14 days from the date on which he withdrew from the contract, if possible in the original packaging or in a replacement packaging that guarantees adequate protection during transport.
DO I NEED A RECEIPT OR AN INVOICE?
The returned product should be sent back together with the fiscal receipt or invoice (if possible). In the event of their absence, EXTREME HOBBY considers the Customer's request, provided that the sale of the returned product at EXTREME HOBBY is confirmed. When using the on-line form, it is not necessary to return the receipt or invoice.
CAN I RETURN A PRODUCT I RECEIVED AS A GIFT?
Products sent as gifts in the loyalty program are non-refundable.
